Video not present in PDP

Debugging Videoly is a little tricky, as as of now its not injecting videos in the pre pod enviornment or any other deployment enviornment, it will be only production so dont beat yourself up if you dont see videos on your pdp page in local or pre pod enviornments.

1. Some products which have videos coming from videoly are - 22150, 15129, 11730 Note - this might change in the future

If you can't see the videos on above products or any other products where it is supposed to have videos.

• inspect the pdp page and search videoly in html, you should see the videoly script tag in the head section of the page.
• if the script is not present check the code and add the script
• if the script is present verify the placeholder <div 's it should be present for the product id , product name and other attributes. Refer
• if everything looks fine and you are still not seeing videos, verify your code one more time for any duplicate placehoolder, async loading of script, etc. and contact videoly support for help.
