Introduction

Overview

The tracking endpoint delivers real-time tracking information (fetched from GXO courier service) for ECOM API orders via a unique tracking ID. This endpoint is employed by both mobile and desktop platforms to display tracking screens that depict the order's journey from placement to delivery.

Note: For Mobile App, it's a native integration from the order-history screen. Whereas for Web, tracking search works on a separate domain.
