Bulk upload supplier order

• Location: Extranet > Supply > Supplier Orders > Bulk Upload Orders
• Description: With Bulk Upload Orders, user can upload supplier orders in bulk. Only .csv file can be uploaded. You need to provide required orders details in .csv file, and then you can upload the file to create orders in bulk.

Customer offer tool

• Region: NL/FR/BE
• Location: Extranet > system > forms & requests > Customer offers
• File Path in Extranet: v2.1/report/forms/Devis/index.php
• Description: We have the option of creating customer offers/quote based on the trolley code which we can obtain from EPOS(https://epos-web-tsapi.gke.pre-prod.nl.toolstation.dev/)/Website(https://www.gke.pre-prod.nl.toolstation.dev/).
• Steps to Test:
  1. On Toolstation website/EPOS > build a trolley (delivery/collection/multichannel)
  2. Get quick trolley(QT) code from website(https://www.gke.pre-prod.be.toolstation.dev).
  3. Extranet > system > forms & requests > Customer offers
  4. Enter Shop/CS > client id> QT code > KvK nummer (optional) and other details > Go
  5. System prints the quote/offer with correct client details, product details, product costs and any discount

Advertising data feeds/Channable

• Region: NL/FR/BE
• Location: Extranet > System > Web > Advertising data feeds
• Description: From Advertising data feeds page you can generate/download Channable data feeds. With generate button, a data feed text file is generated and stored in the Extranet. This generated file can be downloaded with the download button.

Data Breach Report

• Region: NL/FR/BE
• Location: Extranet > System > forms & requests > Data breach report
• Description: You can fill the data breach form and sent a report to the recipient ids via email. Currently, the data is not being stored in database.
