Stock Data Report

• Region: NL/FR
• Purpose: Stock data report is sent to some recipients automatically every morning using Cron Job.
• File Path in Extranet: public/_cli/cli_stock_data_report.php
• Description: Stock data report is sent to some recipients automatically every morning. This report includes the locations & stock levels. This file public/_cli/cli_stock_data_report.php is added in a cron job which runs every morning to send stock data report to some recipients.

Bazaarvoice Pie

• Region: NL/BE/FR
• Purpose: Product feeds is sent to Bazaarvoice automatically every morning using Cron Job.
• File Path in Extranet: public/_cli/cli_v2_bazaar_voice_pie.php
• Description: An product feeds xml file is sent to the bazaarvoice every morning. These product feeds are fetched from the orders that are placed in last one day and saved to the temp path as xml file on Extranet. For example: /tmp/pie_export_1_2023-09-22.xml and then this file is sent to the host: sftp7.bazaarvoice.com.

Bazaarvoice Import

• Region: NL/BE/FR
• Purpose: Product ratings are saved in the database using Cron Job.
• File Path in Extranet: _cli/cli_v2_bazaar_voice_import.php
• Description: Product ratings are fetched from the file - bv_toolstation-nl_ratings.xml.gz located on host: sftp7.bazaarvoice.com and saved to the database in stock_part_notes table.

Google Local Store sales report

• Region: NL/BE/FR
• Purpose: To sent daily Google Local Store sales report to an external partner (EDM), using Cron Job.
• File Path in Extranet: _cli/cli_v2_google_localsales.php
• Description: To use the Store Sales feature in Google Ads campaigns, a Store sales report/feed, is sent daily to an external partner (EDM), with Store Sales Data.
